Simply log in, provide the necessary details, and our team will start working on your issue right away.

1. Log in to the JJC Systems Help Desk Portal.
2. Click on "Submit a Ticket" or navigate to the "New Ticket" section.
3. Fill in the required fields:

  • Subject: Briefly describe your issue.
  • Description: Provide detailed information about the problem.
  • Attachments: Upload any relevant files or screenshots.

4. Select the appropriate category from the dropdown if available.
5. Submit the ticket by clicking the "Submit" button.
6. Receive a confirmation with a ticket number for tracking.
